"Janine is the best! I started looking for a house in December, made an offer in January, and closed in February. The whole process was seamless and Janine was there the whole way. She is very sweet and very professional, and she was completely on top of what I did and didn't want in a house. My mother shopped with me and Janine was great at balancing our differing opinions and preferences. I would wholeheartedly recommend Janine to anyone!"

"I not only sold my commercial building with Janine, but then purchased my present home. Janine puts forth all her energy. The homes in my price range were very limited. She made sure that I saw what was coming on the market immediately when listed. She really listened to what I needed and searched to find a home that I would love. "This is the best experience I have ever had with a real estateperson. She went beyond the call of duty!My Mom is 93 years old and had decided after much thoughtto sell her house and move in with me. She loved her house and always said she wanted to die there. However, with her age and health problems, she had to stop driving. I lived an hour and a half away and could not be with her enough. I made a private apartment for her in my home and Mom started talking to the agents I made appointments for her. After speaking to a few, both of us chose Janine. She sold the house in a week for exactly the price we wanted. Even after selling the house she called frequently, asked if Mom needed anything from the store, and always kept in touch with me. She is probably one of the nicest people I have ever met."

"Working with Janine made selling my home stress free. Sometimes I felt that she was only working with me. That's how dedicated she is! There was a ton of things to do, but I made sure that I did my part to make the process go faster (submitting papers, faxing, etc...) It was a team effort. It was a pleasure to work with her! If I had to do this again, Janine would be my to go girl! She is efficient, organized and very attentive! I highly recommend her!"
